Refund & Return Policy — Sub Xpress BD

1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital subscriptions and digital products sold through Sub Xpress BD.

2. No physical returns
Digital goods cannot be “returned” like physical products. Access is typically granted immediately after purchase.

3. Refund eligibility (recommended template)

  • Most subscriptions are non-refundable after access is granted.

  • Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

    • Technical failure on our side preventing access that we cannot reasonably fix within 7 days of your report;

    • Duplicate billing or clear payment errors.

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. (You may change this to 3/14/30 days — pick what fits your business.)

4. How to request a refund
Email: moc.liamgobfsctd-4d14cf@ssserpxbus with:

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Email used for purchase

  • Brief reason and any screenshots or evidence

We will respond within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

5. Subscription cancellations

  • You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us.

  • Cancellation stops future billing. You may still have access until the end of the current paid period unless we agree otherwise.

6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank (chargeback) without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.

7. Exceptions
For promotional, trial, or special offers, different refund rules may apply — these will be stated on the offer page.
